Koror—Babeldaob桥是一连续预应力混凝土刚架桥，该桥因施工中存在一些问题，通车后不久，在主跨中央就产生较大挠度，后虽经修补加固处理，仍发生了倒塌事故。文中简要介绍了事故情况、桥梁概况及修补加固过程，并就事故原因进行了调查和分析，以便从事故中取得一些经验教训。
The Koror-Babeldaob Bridge is a continuous prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge. Due to some problems in the construction of the Koror-Babeldaob Bridge, shortening of the opening of the Koror-Babeldaob Bridge resulted in large deflection at the center of the main span. After being repaired and reinforced, a collapse accident occurred. The article briefly introduces the accident situation, the general situation of the bridge and the process of repair and reinforcement, and investigates and analyzes the cause of the accident so as to obtain some experiences and lessons from the accident.
