食品直接关系人们的身体健康和生命安全。食品安全法律制度的价值形态表现为价值理念、价值追求、价值定位和价值基点等四个方面,它以关注人的身体健康和生命安全为价值理念,以公共利益的整体实现为价值追求,以社会秩序的微观实现为价值定位,最终又回到对每一个个体人的生命健康予以充分关注和保障这个价值基点上。其中,每个环节都是人本理念的转换和体现,从而构成食品安全法律制度完整的自洽的价值系统。
Food is directly related to people’s health and life safety. The legal system of food safety is characterized by value concept, value pursuit, value orientation and value basis.
