【案由】申诉人:王某,女,某厂职工被诉人:某厂法定代表人:张某,该厂厂长申诉人1998年4月27日向仲裁委申诉。诉称:我1993年患糖尿病已控制,1994年至1996年连续3年被评为先进生产者。1997年8月13日我小腿患一小疔,到厂医务所治疗,药剂员将0.9%氯化钠500毫升注射液错取为5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液,注射员不看清将葡萄糖注射液全部静脉滴于我的体内。当天滴完一瓶后,回家小便不停,不知何故,于14日又静脉滴1瓶,在液体即将输完时,我突然发现打的是糖尿病禁用的药品。回家后不到3个小时牙床出血,血糖、尿糖升高,厂医务所送我到地方医院住院治疗。因故出院后(出院时血糖、尿糖仍很高)厂里处理有不妥之
