以氟苯与对氯苯甲酰氯为原料,经傅克酰化反应合成了4-氯-4’-氟二苯酮(CFBP),然后对CFBP与氟化钾的氟化制备4,4’-二氟二苯酮(DFBP)进行了研究,重点探索了对相转移催化剂、强极性非质子性溶剂等对反应收率的影响。
Fluorobenzene and p-chlorobenzoyl chloride were used as starting materials to synthesize 4-chloro-4’-fluorobenzophenone (CFBP) by Friedel-Crafts reaction. Then, fluorination of CFBP and potassium fluoride to prepare 4,4 ’ -difluorobenzophenone (DFBP) was studied. The effects of phase transfer catalyst and strongly polar aprotic solvent on the reaction yield were investigated.
