目的利用现代物理化学方法分析“佐塔”中的无机成分和有机成分,并观察其微观结构。方法等离子发射光谱(OES)-质谱仪(MS)联用对“佐塔”进行全元素定性、定量分析;利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜-能谱分析仪(SEM-EDAX)分析“佐塔”中所含成分的晶形并观察其微观结构;使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)初步对“佐塔”不同极性提取物进行有机成分的探索。结果 “佐塔”中含三十多种元素,其中主要成分为S和Hg;含有六方HgS、单质C、Fe3O4等晶系;“佐塔”颗粒大小为1~5μm,基本以积聚态的形式存在,且形状和分布都不规则。结论 “佐塔”中含有多种无机成分和有机成分,但其药效成分还有待于进一步研究。
Objective To analyze the inorganic and organic components of Zuo Ta by using modern physicochemical methods and observe its microstructure. Methods Quantified by elemental analysis and mass spectrometry (OES) -mass spectrometer (MS) combined with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy -EDAX) was used to analyze the crystal structure of the components contained in “ZOTAC” and its microstructure was observed. The organic components of different polar extracts of “ZOTAC” were preliminarily investigated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results “Zuo Ta” contains more than thirty kinds of elements, of which the main components of S and Hg; containing hexagonal HgS, simple substance C, Fe3O4 and other crystal system; “Zuo Ta” particle size of 1 ~ 5μm, Accumulation of the form exists, and the shape and distribution are irregular. Conclusion “Zeta ” contains a variety of inorganic components and organic components, but its pharmacodynamics remains to be further studied.
