自2009年3月份济南西机务段青岛地区配属HXD3型电力机车用于客运运输以来,青岛地区连续发生3起HXD3型机车牵引电机故障:1起窜轴,2起轴承固着。这些故障均由乘务员在机车运用过程中停车检查时发现,给正常安全运输生产带来极大的隐患。通过对上述故障的分析研究以及HXD3牵引电机与齿轮箱结构、电路控制等的分析,提出如何在大整备格局的生产布局下提前发现和预防该故障的机理、思想和方法,以最大程度的降低其对生产运输的影响。
Since HXD3 electric locomotive was assigned to HXD3 electric locomotive in Qingdao in March 2009 for service in passenger transport in Qingdao, three consecutive HXD3 locomotive traction motor failures occurred in Qingdao: one from the channeling shaft and two from the bearing. These faults were discovered by the flight attendant during the parking inspection during the locomotive operation, which brought great hidden danger to the normal and safe transportation and production. Through the analysis of the above failures and the analysis of HXD3 traction motor and gearbox structure and circuit control, this paper puts forward the mechanism, ideas and methods of how to find out and prevent this fault in advance in the production layout of the big curb layout so as to reduce the greatest extent Its impact on production and transportation.
