Understanding the current conditions of library information resource sharing mechanisms is the foundation for innovation.Through a questionnaire-based survey,it was found that the library information sharing mechanisms in China could stimulate libraries’ subjective initiatives and promote the sustainable development of library information resource sharing.However,China has not yet done enough in establishing open organizations for information sharing and providing supervision and protection for the development of information sharing.Therefore,it is necessary for China to construct a more complete library information resource sharing mechanism system,to overcome the shortcomings of the existing mechanism construction,and to establish resource sharing mechanisms that are contextadaptable and practical.
