The variation of male blue, filaments, fecundity, and head were observed under low temperature conditions. The stigma became shorter and the weight of ovary was also lighter. At the same time, pollen deteriorates at low temperatures, reducing viability. This is an important reason for the increase of chilli drop rate under low temperature stress.
