针对具有严重煤与瓦斯突出危险的煤层巷道掘进过程中,煤与瓦斯突出综合检测指标经常超限,掘进速度缓慢等问题,采用理论分析和现场工业性试验相结合的方法,分析了穿层深孔控制爆破技术的卸压增透和防突机理,分析了爆破前后地应力的转移、变化情况和爆破的有效影响半径,确定了巷道钻孔预裂爆破卸压技术参数和工艺,考察了穿层深孔预裂爆破的卸压增透和防突效果。研究结果表明,采用高位穿层孔深孔预裂爆破技术,增加了煤层透气性,提高了钻孔的利用率和瓦斯抽放效果;保证了煤巷的安全快速掘进。
