甘草酸单铵盐是一种重要的医药原料,广泛使用于医药行业,为了控制原料药的质量,国内外一些质量标准对本品的有关物质做了明确限制。本实验采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对不同工艺生产的甘草酸单铵盐进行有关物质的检测,为研究有效控制该产品有关物质,提高产品质量提供一定的依据。对国内外同类产品的质量标准做对比,为制定更适合控制产品的标准做依据。
Glycyrrhetate monoammonium salt is an important pharmaceutical raw materials, widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, in order to control the quality of raw materials, some of the quality standards at home and abroad have made a clear limitation on the related substances of this product. In this experiment, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on different processes of glycyrrhizic acid monoammonium salt for the detection of related substances, in order to study the effective control of the product related substances, to provide a basis for improving product quality. Comparison of the quality standards of similar products at home and abroad, in order to develop more suitable standards for control products to do.
