从有机硅乳液聚合的机理着手,详细分析了有机硅乳液形成的过程以及各种影响因素,如开环方法、催化剂及乳化剂的选择和非离子乳化剂的复配等。在此基础上,直接采用D4硅烷单体在盐酸的催化作用下,以多种乳化剂进行复配,并在较少的乳化剂用量作用下,合成了均匀稳定的有机硅乳液。
Starting from the mechanism of silicone emulsion polymerization, the formation process of silicone emulsion and various influencing factors, such as open-loop method, selection of catalyst and emulsifier and compounding of non-ionic emulsifier, are analyzed in detail. On this basis, the direct use of D4 silane monomer in the catalytic role of hydrochloric acid, with a variety of emulsifier compound, and with less the amount of emulsifier, the synthesis of a uniform and stable silicone emulsion.
