活性炭的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能研究

亚甲基蓝作为一种高效染色剂,被广泛应用于棉、麻制品的印染工艺中,但亚甲基蓝有一定毒性且难以进行自然降解,处理困难.为了探究自制磁性活性炭对有机染料废水中亚甲基蓝的最优吸附条件,本文研究了亚甲基蓝染料废水的pH、磁性活性炭的投加量、吸附环境温度、初始浓度对磁性活性炭吸附去除率的影响.研究结果表明,亚甲基蓝染料废水最佳pH为9,最佳吸附温度为40℃,最佳初始浓度为0.1 g/L,最佳投加量为5 g;在最佳适宜条件下,三种磁性活性炭的吸附性能排序为产品1>产品2>市购产品;磁性活性炭吸附类型更加符合Langmuir模型.
