本文利用JXA8800M超大型电子探针,以湖南黄金洞金矿含金毒砂为研究对象。利用金特征X射线扫描方法和微区金含量,对不可见金赋存状态的研究方法和测试条件进行了探索。先观察背散射电子图像,排除金在含金矿物毒砂中呈显微颗粒存在的可能性,继而用LiF晶体测定金L=88.76Lal峰位,然后逐渐放大倍数(×300、×1000、×5000、×30000、×200000)进行金特征X射线连续测量,结果发现金元素总是均匀分布在毒砂中,从而证实了金呈品格金形式存在的推测。
In this paper, JXA 8800M large-scale electronic probe to gold hole gold deposits in Hunan gold hole for the study. The methods and testing conditions of invisible gold occurrence were explored by using the gold characteristic X-ray scanning method and the gold content in the micro area. Backscattered electron images were first observed to exclude the possibility of gold being present as micro-particles in the auriferous gold-containing arsenopyrite. LiF crystals were then used to determine the gold L = 88.76Lal peak, followed by gradual magnification (× 300, × 1000, × 5000, × 30000, × 200000) gold X-ray continuous measurement, the results found that the gold is always evenly distributed in arsenopyrite, thus confirming the gold was speculated that the existence of gold.
