目的　探讨“V”或“U”形截囊在白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术中的应用效果。方法　施行“V”或“U”形截囊 2 35例 2 39眼 ,用棱牌一次性皮试针头 ,直接从角巩缘板层切口或巩膜板层切口刺入前房 ,用针尖的侧面在前囊行“V”或“U”形截开 ,点刺 10点左右 ,截开前囊膜。结果　“V”或“U”形截囊速度快 ,截囊时前房稳定 ,晶体植入囊袋清晰可见 ,方便快捷 ;术中及术后并发症发生率低 ,尤其是在术中术后囊膜破裂时 ,可行前囊搭桥、睫状沟固定人工晶体植入。结论　“V”或“U”形截囊在白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术中比开罐式截囊有较多的优越性。 Objective To investigate the effect of “V” or “U” capsulotomy in extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods The “V” or “U” shaped capsulotomy was carried out in 35 cases and 299 eyes. The disposable needle was used to pierce the anterior chamber directly from the angle gland plate incision or the scleral lamina incision, In the anterior capsule line “V” or “U” shape cut open, punctate about 10 o’clock, cut off the anterior capsule. Results The velocity of “V” or “U” shaped capsulotomy was fast, the anterior chamber was stable at the time of capsulotomy, and the capsule was clearly visible and convenient. The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications was low, especially after intraoperative and postoperative Capsular rupture, viable before the balloon bypass, ciliary sulcus fixed intraocular lens implantation. Conclusions “V” or “U” capsulotomy has more advantages than extracapsular capsulotomy in extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.
