目的:观察评估多乐氟(Duraphat)用于儿童乳牙龋病充填后预防和降低继发龋的治疗效果。方法:选择4~6岁乳磨牙龋病充填修复后,实验组204颗患牙行全口牙列涂多乐氟保护漆,每3~6个月定期复查并涂氟保护漆;对照组198颗患牙则充填修复完成后定期随访复查。结果:1年后实验组继发龋33颗;对照组继发龋69颗;12个月和24个月继发龋发病率实验组与对照组比较,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多乐氟(Duraphat)能有效预防儿童乳牙龋病充填后继发龋的发生,改善口腔环境,值得临床推广。 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Duraphat in the prevention and reduction of secondary caries after filling of primary deciduous dental caries in children. Methods: After 4 to 6 years old deciduous dental caries filling and repairing, 204 teeth in the experimental group were treated with full dentition denture, and the protective paint was regularly inspected every 3 to 6 months. The control group 198 Dental prosthesis is filled after the completion of regular follow-up review. Results: After one year, 33 cases of secondary caries in the experimental group, 69 cases of secondary caries in the control group and 12 cases of secondary caries incidence in the experimental group compared with the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Duraphat can effectively prevent the occurrence of secondary caries in children with deciduous dental decay and improve the oral environment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
