学生的失范行为主要表现为越轨行为与违法行为两类,其中学生的越轨行为在学校体现较多,它主要是指违背了教育习俗,教育规章制度的行为。在教书育人的过程中,教师会遇到学生各种各样的失范行为。如何寻求最佳的教育方法是教师在班级管理工作中一直思考和探索的问题。
