进入21世纪以来,女性在社会舞台上发挥着越来越重要的作用。尤其是女性领导者,更是以其特有的风格和魅力,在领导活动中展现出自己的才华,取得了令人瞩目的成就。在政府、企业与其他组织中,女性领导者的队伍都在不断壮大,地位也在不断提高,特别是公共部门的女性领导者,近来在数量上、领导能力以及作用上,都有了长足的进步。但是,我国公共部门的女性领导者数量在与其他各国比较时仍然存在劣势,而在管理风格和方式方法上也存在着需要提升的空间。本文对于公共部门女性领导者数量及领导特质存在的劣势进行了原因分析,阐述了研究公共部门女性领导者培养和使用的必要性,并提出了改善公共部门女性领导者培养和适用方式的建议和对策。
