在用 P100和 T300、MF55,IM6制成的三种碳—碳复合薄板中,通过抗拉试验求得其碳纤维的效能系数分别为25%、39%和22%。大多数板材所使用的中温 CVD,对于只在低温处理过的 PAN 基 IM6板材是不利的。低温 CVD 对 MF55板材的性能没有影响。经用树脂反复浸渍,P100板材的强度可增加26%。
Among the three kinds of carbon-carbon composite sheets made of P100 and T300, MF55 and IM6, the coefficient of performance of carbon fibers obtained by a tensile test was 25%, 39% and 22%, respectively. Mid-temperature CVD used in most plates is detrimental to PAN-based IM6 plates treated only at low temperatures. Low temperature CVD has no effect on the properties of the MF55 sheet. Repeated impregnation with resin, P100 sheet strength can be increased by 26%.
