近年来,随着设备监理市场的快速发展以及行业竞争的日益激烈,对设备监理服务的各项工作提出了新的要求,其中在监理工作中的沟通管理尤为重要。设备监理服务过程涉及多方利益,不同的参与方有不同的目标和不同的利益,导致了工作过程中存在大量沟通协调问题,因此建立良好的沟通管理体系是设备监理工作顺利执行的关键。
In recent years, with the rapid development of equipment supervision market and increasingly fierce competition in the industry, new requirements have been put forward on various work of equipment supervision services, among which communication management in supervision work is especially important. The process of equipment supervision service involves multiple interests. Different parties have different goals and different interests, resulting in a large number of communication and coordination problems in the work process. Therefore, establishing a sound communication management system is the key to the smooth implementation of the equipment supervision work.
