本文分析了固井流变学设计的基本因素,按不同流变学模式,推导、对比了临界流速方程式,并结合我国水泥性能和胜利油田固井作业的具体情况,推荐了固井作业中确定环形空间水泥浆临界流速的计算方程式,并对有关问题进行了探讨。
In this paper, the basic factors of cementing rheology design are analyzed. According to different rheological models, the critical flow rate equation is derived and compared. Based on the cement performance in our country and the cementing operation in Shengli Oilfield, Calculation formula of critical flow velocity of annular space cement slurry, and the related problems are discussed.
