蔗糖脂肪酸酯简称蔗糖酯(Sugar estre),它是一类由食用脂肪酸与蔗糖合成的非离子型表面活性剂,在食品、药物方面有广泛的用途,日益受到国外许多国家的重视。蔗糖脂肪酸脂经四川省日用化工研究所首先合。成为对该添加剂应用的安全性提供依据,进行了系统的毒性研究,结果如下。蔗糖脂肪酸脂(SE-2)由四川省日用化工研究所研制提供。外观为一种白色粉状,无异、嗅味。实验动物由我校动物所提供Wistar纯种大、小白鼠。
Sucrose fatty acid ester is short for sugar estre. It is a kind of nonionic surfactant synthesized from edible fatty acid and sucrose. It has a wide range of uses in food and medicine.
