本文对先天愚型患者血浆的G6PD、6PGD、AK、HK、AD、GPI、AId、PK和LDH等9种酶进行了测定。其中前7种酶活性与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),而PK、LDH 2种酶活性均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),统计学处理表明这两种升高的酶呈正相关(相关系数r=0.495,P<0.02)。进一步分析LDH同功酶含量,观察到LDH_4和LDH_5均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。这些结果提示了先天愚型患者可能存在肌肉方面的病变,值得进一步研究。
In this paper, nine kinds of enzymes such as G6PD, 6PGD, AK, AD, GPI, AId, PK and LDH in plasma of patients with sporadic obstruction were measured. There was no significant difference in the activity of the first seven enzymes between the two groups (P> 0.05), while the activities of PK and LDH were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). Statistical analysis showed that the two elevated The correlation was positive (r = 0.495, P <0.02). Further analysis of LDH isoenzyme content, observed LDH 4 and LDH 5 were significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0.01). These results suggest that there may be muscle lesions in patients with Down’s syndrome, which deserves further study.
