目的:探索在管理资源和技术水平有待提升的农村医疗机构实施临床路径管理的文本开发原则和程序。方法:通过文献研究、专家咨询法制定开发原则和程序并通过试点干预研究进行论证。结果:在借鉴国际经验和总结我国开展临床路径管理实践的基础上,参照卫生部制定临床路径文本的精神,卫Ⅺ临床路径试点研究项目组开发了用于试点地区医疗机构的临床路径文本,并在试点地区进行了实际应用,总结了一套原则、程序。结论:临床路径管理的实施应基于临床路径文本的科学制定和持续改进。 Objective: To explore the principles and procedures of developing texts for implementing clinical path management in rural medical institutions that need to be improved in management resources and techniques.
