一辆解放六平泉牵引车(CA4120PK2C),行驶至18万km,大柴发动机CA113-1B出现了耗水异常的故障。车辆每行驶不到200km就需加注冷却水一次。 根据丰主反映的情况,我们首先对发动机外表进行检查,没有发现漏水现象;拔出机油标尺,查看机油正常。然后起动发动机检查排气情况,烟色呈现淡蓝色,无烧水迹象,也没有排水现象。当打开水箱盖检查时,发现水中有气泡冒出,并且发动机的转速越高,气泡越多。 从以上的检查结果可以判定燃烧的高温高压气体通过某一途径进入水道内,致使水温过高,冷却水随高温气体蒸发跑掉,使冷却水逐渐减少。 我们分析认为,燃烧的高温、高压气体进入水道的途径可能有两个,一是气缸垫
