面向境内学生的普通高中国际课程在本质上具有国际性与国别性共存、利与弊并存的特性。有关国际课程的区域布局、学校选择和课程识别自然成为相关决策的要点。对此,建议国际课程政策在价值取向上着眼于确立育人第一的原则,在行动规范上着力于健全国际课程准入制度设计、强化举办机构资质与条件评估,以及深化公共服务与管理能力建设。
The ordinary senior high school international courses for domestic students have the characteristic of co-existence of internationality and nationality in nature and the coexistence of pros and cons.
