函数的极值是一个局部性的概念,是反映在某一点的左右两侧函数值的大小情况。极值指的是函数值;极值点是指自变量的值。极值点是函数定义域内的点,函数在定义域的端点处不可能取得极值,即端点一定绝不是函数的极值点。
The extremum of a function is a concept of locality, which reflects the size of the function values on the left and right sides of a certain point. Extreme value refers to the function value; extreme point refers to the value of the independent variable. Extremum points are points in the function-defined domain. It is impossible for a function to obtain an extremum at the endpoint of the domain. That is, the endpoint must not be an extremum point of a function.
