研究了冷轧加工率、保温时间等因素对再结晶温度的影响。研究表明:冷轧加工率为90%时,与加工率30%时相比,再结晶温度降低了10℃;保温时间5、7 h时,与保温时间1、3 h时相比,再结晶温度也降低了10℃。该结论能够为制定冷轧板带材的退火工艺和生产提供理论基础。
The effect of cold rolling rate, holding time and other factors on recrystallization temperature was studied. The results show that the recrystallization temperature is reduced by 10 ℃ when the cold-rolling rate is 90%, and the recrystallization temperature is reduced by 10 ℃ when the holding time is 5 and 7 h compared with the holding time of 1 and 3 h The temperature is also lowered by 10 ° C. This conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for the development of annealing process and production of cold-rolled strip.
