Structural design is the key point in the design of air defense basement. Due to its complicated design method, relative lack of design data and professional designers, designers have a vague understanding of design methods and concepts and affect the design quality of air defense basements. The main features of air defense basement structure design are analyzed from the perspective of design. The identification of civil air defense load, load combination, internal force analysis, section design and main structural rules are introduced. The common problems and precautions in structural design are summarized.
