近年来,随着高等师范音乐生源的不断扩招,入学新生的钢琴程度参差不齐,落差较大。招生名额的扩大,使得高校内部体制和传统的教学模式发生冲突,钢琴教学中“一对一”的教学模式面临新的挑战。在招生名额扩大的情况下,如何在“教师少、学生多”的情况下,高质量地完成高师钢琴教学,如何在高师钢琴教学中突出师范性等,这些都是值得我们思考的问题。
In recent years, with the increasing enrollment of higher normal music students, the enrollment of freshmen’s pianos varies greatly and the gap is relatively large. The enlarging enrollment places the internal system of colleges and universities in conflict with the traditional teaching mode. The “one to one” teaching mode in piano teaching faces new challenges. Under the situation of enlarging the enrollment quota, how to finish the piano teaching in high normal school with high quality and how to highlight the normality in the piano teaching of normal college are the problems that we should think about in the condition of “fewer teachers and more students”.
