随着新产品的开发,对工件表面粗糙度要求越来越高,如我厂生产的高速线材轧机主轴要求表面粗糙度在R_o0.4以下,堆取料机φ360×2300油缸要求表面粗糙度为R_o0.8以下,而且油缸内孔越光越好。用普通的工艺方法,高效解决这些问题比较困难,因而我们采用电化学和机械复合加工这种特殊工艺方法,对轴类和孔分别进行试验,取得了良好的效果。一、复合加工原理如图1所示,电化学和机械复合加工的原理就是把工件做为阳极,阴极和阳极保持一定间隙,使电解液充满电极间隙,在通直流电的情况下,工件(阳极)被腐蚀,在表 With the development of new products, the workpiece surface roughness requirements are getting higher and higher, as I plant the production of high-speed wire rod mill spindle surface roughness below R_o0.4, stacker reclaimer φ360 × 2300 cylinder requirements surface roughness of R_o0.8 the following, and the cylinder bore the better light.
