针对武汉长江隧道盾构施工对地下管线的影响及保护,应用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟盾构施工过程,分析管线在不同刀盘推进力、不同注浆压力、管线与盾构开挖面不同距离、不同管线埋深情况下的位移、应力,预测管线的安全。模拟计算结果证明,注浆压力越大、管线埋深越深、距开挖面越近,土体扰动对管线位移影响越大。而刀盘推进力变化对管线位移影响与盾构是否已穿过管线下方有关系。而随注浆压力增大,管线最大应力增大。
Aiming at the influence and protection of shield tunnel construction on underground pipeline in Wuhan Yangtze River Tunnel, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the construction process of shield tunneling. The influences of different cutterhead propulsion, different grouting pressure, different distance between pipeline and shield excavation face, Displacement, stress and prediction of pipeline safety under different pipeline depths. The simulation results show that the bigger the grouting pressure is, the deeper the pipeline is, and the closer it is to the excavation face, the greater the influence of soil disturbance on pipeline displacement. The impact of cutterhead propulsion on the pipeline displacement and the shield has been through the pipeline below. With the grouting pressure increases, the maximum stress increases.
