实现学困生的转化是初中数学教学中的重大难题,该部分学生需要教师给予更多的指导和帮助。在数学教学中教师要对数学学习困难的学生进行关怀、帮助和鼓励,让学生能够感受到自己在学习上取得的进步,体会到学习的成就感和乐趣。
To achieve the transformation of students with learning difficulties is a major problem in junior high school mathematics teaching, this part of the students need teachers to give more guidance and help. In mathematics teaching, teachers should provide care, help and encouragement to students who have difficulty in maths learning so that students can feel the progress they have made in learning and realize the sense of accomplishment and fun in learning.
