农机行业一直以来,都是人才流动频繁的行业。特别是近年来,随着行业的迅速发展,人才流动就更加频繁了。不知道大家有没有注意到这样一个现象,人才流动往往都是在内资企业间发生,而在外资中间,则较少。如果有,也是外资企业在引进本土更加优秀的人才,而其高端人才流失现象,极为罕见。据约翰迪尔的一位高层介绍,中国农机行业人才流动率大约在12%,而约翰迪尔则只有6%。在谈到如何留住人才的时候,这位负责人毫不犹豫的告诉记者,是对企业文化的认同。
