近年来,中国经济得到迅猛发展,国际地位不断提高。特别是在本轮金融危机中,更是显示出了对抗风险的能力和极大的发展潜力。但是,我国资本市场还不够完善,发展程度相对于发达国家还很低,已经成为制约我国经济发展的重要因素。基于上述原因,加大力度发展我国资本市场,促进其不断成熟和完善已成为经济发展过程中的一项重要任务,而积极培育和发展机构投资者,仍是中国资本市场相当长时期内改革和发展的战略内容。
