本文介绍了以XtMg5—6合金做蠕化剂,用冲天炉高硫铁水制造蠕虫状石墨铸铁的研究结果。叙述了生产工艺及生产控制方法,研究了这种蠕铁的白口倾向性及衰退问题,并指出了这种蠕化剂存在的问题。
This article describes the results of the study on the manufacture of wormlike graphite cast iron with XtMg5-6 alloy as a detritizing agent and high-sulfur cupola from a cupola furnace. Describes the production process and production control methods to study the vermilion white mouth tendencies and recession problems, and pointed out the existence of such a vermiculite problems.
