改革开放以来,我国经济迅猛发展,逐渐成为世界第二大经济体,其中,政府的有效调节对促进经济的稳定发展具有不可磨灭的作用。深入贯彻十八大和十八届三中全会精神,逐步实现迈上“三个大台阶”即社会生产力、经济实力、科技实力迈上新台阶。因此,协调好政府与市场的关系,建设具有中国特色的社会主义市场经济,发挥社会主义优越性,充分发挥政府的“第三只手”的作用,可以适应新形势的发展。本文在当今经济一体化的大背景下,着重研究政府在科技促进经济发展方面的作用。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has been developing rapidly and has gradually become the second largest economy in the world. Among them, effective government regulation has an indelible role in promoting the steady development of the economy. The spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee will be implemented in a down-to-earth manner. We will gradually achieve the goal of “three major steps”, that is, social productive forces, economic strength and scientific and technological strength to a new level.
