A company in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province wants to purchase electronic equipment from a company in Guangdong, but the buyer is afraid that the money will not be paid. The seller is afraid that the goods will not be received. The two parties agreed that the buyer would first send the purchase price to the notary office of Nanjing and wait until the seller received the notarization of the receipt from the notary office to deliver the goods. As a result, the sale and purchase were successfully completed and both parties were happy. This is the notary of deposit and withdrawal established by the Nanjing Public Notary Office. Deposit is a special way of debt liquidation. Its essence is that the money that the debtor should pay is not directly delivered to the creditor, but is handed over to the depositing agency to be released.
