在传统的教学模式中,教师是教学活动的中心,是教学活动的主体,是知识的传授者,学生是知识的接受者,学生的成绩是教师教学水平的反映,课堂作为教学的主要环境则是提供给教师表演的舞台。在应试教育条件下表现为学习成绩的高低,这种课堂教学模式长期以来一直是我国学校教学的主流模式。在中职学校改善师生关系是每一位教师不可回避的课题,也是实现职业教育改革目标的必然要求,必须运用新的职业教育理念构建一种新型的师生关系。
