社会经济的发展推动着第三产业服务业的迅速发展,我国现目前旅游事业蒸蒸日上,人们对于旅游服务质量和要求的提高促使了对导游人员培训工作的高素质化、高智能化及多元化,要求导游人员具备基本的专业知识和应变能力,同时培养其耐心、责任心、服务太多和冒险精神,然而教育及培训脱离了实际,在实际工作中依然会面对各种各样的问题,本文将简要对导游人员现今的工作现状进行分析,并结合自身经历提出解决对策。 The development of socio-economy promotes the rapid development of service industry in the tertiary industry. At present, tourism in our country is thriving. The improvement of the quality and requirements of tourism services has promoted the high-quality, intelligent and diversified training of tour guides. It requires tour guides to have basic professional knowledge and adaptability while cultivating their patience, sense of responsibility, too much service and risk-taking. However, education and training are out of touch with reality and still face a variety of problems in their practical work. This article will briefly analyze the current status of the tour guide’s work, combined with their own experience to propose solutions.
