随着经济全球化的扩展 ,我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善 ,就业走市场化道路是一个不以人的意志为转移的必然趋势。军队干部转业地方 ,是国家和军队的一项重要制度 ,妥善安置和合理使用军队转业干部 ,既是党的事业发展的需要 ,也是加强国防和军队建设的需要。市场化对军队转业干部再就业产生一定影响 ,要探索研究解决的途径和对策。
With the expansion of economic globalization, the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system in our country and the employment-oriented marketization are an inevitable trend that people’s will will not shift. The replacement of military cadres with local cadres is an important system for the state and the military. Proper placement and the rational use of military cadres are not only the needs of the development of the party’s cause but also the need to strengthen national defense and army building. Market-oriented military cadres re-employment have a certain impact, we must explore ways to solve and countermeasures.
