报道了利用 Nd:YAG激光器二次谐波 532 nm及基频波 10 6 4 nm作抽运源 ,采用临界及非临界相位匹配方式抽运 KTP光学参量振荡器的实验结果。实验中获得了具有实用价值的1.53~ 1.84 μm人眼安全激光 ,KTP光学参量振荡器输出总能量最大达 130 m J,最高能量转换效率 6 4 %。分析比较了调谐范围、离分角、接收角、阈值及转换效率 ,讨论了离分角对参量输出的光束质量、转换效率的影响。
The experimental results of pumping KTP optical parametric oscillators by using critical and non-critical phase matching methods are reported based on the second harmonic of Nd: YAG laser with 532 nm and fundamental frequency of 10 6 4 nm. The 1.53 ~ 1.84 μm eye-safe laser with practical value was obtained in experiment. The output energy of KTP optical parametric oscillator is up to 130 mJ and the maximum energy conversion efficiency is 64%. The tuning range, divergence angle, receiving angle, threshold and conversion efficiency are analyzed and compared. The effect of divergence angle on the beam quality and conversion efficiency of parametric output is discussed.
