方法 治疗组66例,在PTCA之前2天和之后5天去除血浆LPL;对照组137例,只进行PTCA,不去除LPL。全组203例。PTCA均成功,即管腔狭窄减少≥20％,扩张段狭窄<50％。治疗组病例用聚砜中空纤维作为血浆分离器,硫酸葡聚糖纤维膈作为脂蛋白(Lp)(a)吸附剂。每例去脂的血浆量为2～4.5升。治疗组中39侧,在首次去除LPL前周每1天给予10mg帕瓦停(Pravastatin)
Methods Sixty-six patients in the treatment group were given plasma LPL two days before and two days after PTCA, while 137 patients in the control group were only treated with PTCA without LPL. The whole group of 203 cases. PTCA were successful, that is, to reduce the stenosis ≥ 20%, stenosis <50%. In the treatment group, polysulfone hollow fibers were used as the plasma separator and dextran sulfate fiber septa as the lipoprotein (Lp) (a) adsorbent. The amount of plasma in each case is 2 to 4.5 liters. On the 39 side in the treatment group, Pravastatin (10 mg) was given every other day for the first week before LPL removal.
