目的:探讨OMOM胶囊内镜检查的肠道准备方法。方法:对照分析30例胶囊内镜检查患者,用3种不同方式进行肠道准备后进行肠道的清洁。结果:发现A、B、C3种方式使用后小肠达到良好清洁度的百分率分别为40%、77.7%、100%。结论:口服甘露醇加恒康正清(复方聚乙二醇散)可为胶囊内镜检查提供良好的肠道准备,是比较理想的胶囊内镜术前肠道准备方法。
Objective: To explore the intestine preparation method of OMOM capsule endoscopy. METHODS: Controlled analysis of 30 patients undergoing capsule endoscopy and bowel preparation in 3 different ways for bowel cleansing. Results: The percentages of good cleanliness of the small intestine after using the A, B, and C3 methods were 40%, 77.7% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion: Mannitol plus hengkang Zhengqing (compound polyethylene glycol powder) can provide good bowel preparation for capsule endoscopy and is an ideal method of preoperative capsule preparation.
