根据在线采集的力能参数,模拟研究了零张力小型连轧的张力在线估计方法,证实了电流力矩法可用于差动调速小型连轧机组的张力在线估计。明确了轧件温度均匀以及较高温度下轧制有利于实现零张力连轧以及提高连轧过程稳定性。在估计张力水平基础上,建立了零张力连轧5号角钢的能耗与力矩模型。
According to the on-line energy parameters, the on-line tension estimation method of zero tension small continuous rolling is simulated and the current torque method is proved to be suitable for on-line tension estimation of the small speed continuous rolling mill with differential speed control. A clear rolling temperature uniformity and high temperature rolling is conducive to zero tension and continuous rolling and improve the stability of the rolling process. Based on the estimation of tension level, the energy consumption and torque model of No.5 steel with zero tension tension is established.
