为加强对沪郊农村基层干部队伍建设的研究,笔者采用调查问卷、访谈、座谈会的方法,对沪郊某区的镇分管领导、村党组织书记进行了访谈,召开座谈会7次,访谈35人次,发放调查问卷120张,回收有效问卷113张。调研发现当前农村基层干部队伍建设存在一些问题,亟需有关部门注意。一、主要问题1.队伍结构不够优化。从统计数据来看,当前村干部队伍中35岁以下(截止2011年底,下同)共51人,占比不到总数的9%;村“两委”班子中50岁以上的干部192名,占总数的
