笔者1989～1998年共收治儿童肱骨髁上骨折合并同侧前臂骨折33例,经中西医结合治疗,效果满意,现报告如下。1 临床资料 本组33例中,男23例,女10例;年龄5～13岁,平均7.3岁;右侧26例,左侧7例;坠落伤21例,跌伤11例,车祸伤1例;骨折类型:肱骨髁上骨折均为伸直型骨折,其中闭合性骨?
