新城花园小学历来重视学校研究氛围的营造和教师研究能力的培养,以“和而不同”为校风,以“学而不厌”为学风,以“诲人不倦”为教风,以课题为载体,以理论为导向,以管理为抓手,以教学为土壤,建立了良好的科研运行机制,形成独特而适宜教师成长的“科研生态”。本文从五个方面阐述学校多年来在营造“科研生态”的一些思考与做法,努力探索学校教育科研新路子、新方法。
Xincheng Garden Primary School has always attached great importance to the construction of the atmosphere for school research and the cultivation of teachers’ research abilities. The school spirit of “harmony and differentness” is based on the style of “learning without boredom” and the teaching of “indefatigability” Subjects as a carrier, guided by theory, management as the starting point, teaching as the soil, the establishment of a good scientific research mechanism to form a unique and suitable for the growth of teachers, “scientific research ecology.” This article elaborates on some thinking and practice that schools have been creating “scientific research ecology” for many years and explores new ways and methods of school education and research from five aspects.
