利用本研究室从土壤中分离出的木霉(Trichoderma sp.)菌株T41,通过对峙法对腐霉菌进行了体外拮抗作用测定和评价[1]。并对木霉的竞争、重寄生、抗生、溶菌等拮抗机制进行了初步探讨和研究,同时,利用制备的木霉菌剂,对黄瓜猝倒病进行了室内盆栽生防试验。结果表明:木霉 T41防治效果达 80%,而且具有防效长久和刺激作物生长的作用。
Trichoderma sp. Strain T41 isolated from soil was isolated and assayed in vitro by confrontation method [1]. The antagonistic mechanism of Trichoderma reesei, parasitism, antibacterial activity and bacteriolytic activity was also discussed and studied. At the same time, the experiment was carried out on the experiment of biological control of Cucumber damping-off by using the prepared Trichoderma spp. The results showed that: Trichoderma T41 control effect of 80%, but also with long-term control and stimulate crop growth.
