本实验对比研究了医院污水经过一级和二级处理后加氯对病毒和细菌的灭活影响,以细菌检测作为污水处理评价的指标。结果表明,一级处理后污水中沙门氏菌和总大肠菌群的平均去除率分别为45.78%和55.76%;二级处理后分别为96.33%和85.93%。而一级处理后加氯和二级处理后加氯的出水中沙门氏菌和总大肠菌群的平均去除率均在99.98%以上。一级处理及二级处理加氯消毒后病毒的平均去除率分别为99.35%和94.49%。
In this experiment, we compared the inactivation of viruses and bacteria caused by chlorination of primary effluents and secondary effluents of the hospital sewage, and took bacterial test as an indicator of sewage treatment evaluation. The results showed that the average removal rates of Salmonella and total coliform in wastewater after primary treatment were 45.78% and 55.76% respectively; after secondary treatment, they were 96.33% and 85.93% respectively. However, the average removal rate of Salmonella and total coliform bacteria in the effluent of chlorination and secondary treatment after primary treatment was over 99.98%. The average removal rates of primary and secondary chlorination were 99.35% and 94.49% respectively.
