目的:通过设立药师综合门诊,为患者提供全面个体化药学服务。方法:设置全日制多专科药师门诊,建全药师接诊、会诊、转诊、检查、网络药学服务等工作规范,并统计一年内患者来源情况及就诊数量变化,调查患者满意度。结果:一年内就诊患者数量逐步增加,主要来源于医务人员的转诊,药师门诊患者满意度明显高于普通门诊。结论:药师门诊能够增加医药配合程度,提升患者治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE: To provide comprehensive personalized pharmacy services to patients through the establishment of pharmacist general out-patient clinics. Methods: The full-time multi-specialty pharmacist outpatient service, full-service pharmacist admissions, consultation, referral, examination, online pharmacy services and other work standards were set up. The source of patients within one year and changes in the number of visits were surveyed to investigate patient satisfaction. Results: The number of patients in one year gradually increased, mainly from the referral of medical staff, pharmacists outpatient satisfaction was significantly higher than the ordinary clinic. Conclusion: Pharmacists outpatient can increase the degree of medical cooperation and enhance the therapeutic effect of patients.
